If you are not sure which lesson package to purchase, please do not hesitate to call us anytime at (818) 704-5777 or email us.

Cancelation Policy

1) If you cancel your lesson three or more hours before it was scheduled, you can schedule a make up lesson. Leaving a message on our voice mail or a text message sent to (818) 517-1688 is sufficient. Since the delivery time is unpredictable, please do not cancel only by email.

2) If you are paying the monthly rate, you can carry the make up lesson credit over to the next month, and pay for the remaining lessons in the month at the single lesson rate.

3) Anytime you do not show up for a lesson without calling to cancel that lesson at least three hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged for that lesson. An occasional exception is made for true emergencies.

4) If you cancel frequently, we may not be willing to offer you a permanent weekly time slot.

5) At the end of the month, if you are paying monthly, it will be assumed that you will be continuing with your lessons on the same day, and at the same time the following month. If you are planning to discontinue your lessons, please be sure and tell us.
